Welcome to the culture audit survey. It will take about 15 minutes. But this will be time well spent. Take a few minutes to read the following to complete the survey faster and seamless.

Step 3: Read the guide on scoring the survey questions:

You are required to assess the current culture by answering 6 questions about different cultural aspects. And thereafter, assess the preferred culture, by answering the same 6 questions as follows.

1. For each cultural aspect, you get 100 points to allocate. Divide these points across the four statements. Give a higher number of points to the statement that is most similar to your organization. Give less or no points to the alternative that is least similar to your organization. Please note that you have to enter a value for all four statements. So if you don’t want to assign points, please enter 0. But the total of A + B + C must not exceed 100
2. Take the assessment in one go, without interruption.
3. Do not open new windows or tabs during the assessment except for support.
4. If you need assistance, contact support.

Step 5: Register to take the survey.

First, you will be required to register on the site to be able to access the blogs. And thereafter add some information about your department and role to help us understand the context as you undertake the survey.

Step 6: Score the cultural aspects

You have 100 points to allocate to each statements A to D. Give a higher score to a statement that sounds more accurate to the current ways of doing things at your organisation.

For accurate scoring, first read all the statements from A to D. Then go back and write a number, giving the highest value to the statement that is the most current accurate description of the culture at your organisation.

For example, you can score 30 to A. Then 10 to B. Then 30 to C. Automatically, the system will show 30 points for D, since 30 + 10 + 30 equals 70, which when taken away from 100, leaves 30.

Remember not to manually insert a total greater than 100 in A + B + C, as such will leave a negative value for D.  Do likewise for all questions.  After completing all the questions, submit.

Avoid starting the survey and leaving it unattended for long, as the system could reset, and you have to go back to the start.

When you submit your assessment, an email containing your results shall be sent to your private email.  We respect your privacy and your feedback shall not be identified with you whatsoever.
