Introduction

Is your culture entrepreneurial, process-oriented, results-driven or focused on people?

The culture survey helps to determine the current and preferred organizational culture and your desire for change.

Take 15 minutes and complete the survey by scoring each of the following 12 questions in the culture survey

The survey respects your privacy, will not share your personal data with third parties, and we guarantee we shall keep your feedback in strict confidence for culture audit purposes only.

Your email address and name are used to store the responses and to allow you to revert to the site, in case of an interruption mid-way during the survey.

The collective culture profile is anonymous and we shall NOT identify your feedback by you to anyone at your organization. Your email address and name are automatically erased.

Instructions and support

  1. For each culture aspect, you get 100 points to allocate. Divide these points across the four statements. Give a higher number of points to the statement that is most similar to your organization. Give less or no points to the alternative that is least similar to your organization. Please note that you have to enter a value for all four statements. So if you don’t want to assign points, please enter 0. But the total of A + B + C must not exceed 100
  2. Take the assessment in one go, without interruption.
    1. Do not open new windows or tabs during the assessment except for support.
    2. If you need assistance, contact support.

Current and Preferred Culture
  1. The culture assessment examines six culture aspects. You score them twice: for the current and the preferred situation. In the first round, you assess six aspects of the current culture at your organisation. In the second round, score these six factors again, to determine the preferred culture. For each aspect, divide 100 points. Each culture aspect has four alternatives.
  2. For each culture aspect, you get 100 points to allocate. Divide these points across the four statements. Give a higher number of points to the statement that is most accurate or similar to your organization. Give less or no points to the alternative that is the least similar or accurate description of your organization.
  3. The system will help you divide 100 points. Please note that you have to enter a value for the first three statements, and the fourth one will automatically be generated for you as a reminder to make 100%. For this to happen, DO NOT enter more than 100% on the first three choices per aspect. So if you don't want to assign points, please enter 0.
Follow your first impulse

Follow the spirit of the statements rather than the letter. Your first impulse is usually correct.

Thanks for participating in this team engagement project aimed at creating a great working environment at your organisation.
