For completeness, our culture audit will involve three tools.
The first survey is about current and preferred culture assessment. This helps to define the existing culture and the preferred culture to inform priorities. The next survey is about evaluating the emotional health of your workplace, by evaluating 8 key areas, your supervisors, your co-workers, job fit, independence in your role, impact you add, organisational fit, organisational support and work-family climate. The results shall help show how to find your current place of work – and how to make it better.
After the surveys and analysis of results, the consultant shall make a presentation of the same at the retreat to discuss further and explore ways to recommend changes to transform the working experience.
